Welcome to the Karpa partner documentation.

Karpa sends your customer and Case lifecycle data to tools you already use — a marketing CRM, ad/analytics tags, and more — over documented, signed contracts. This site is the public reference for those contracts, versioned so your engineers can build against a stable surface.

  • Integration Guides — plain-language setup steps for connecting a Marketing CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or another tool) and wiring GA4, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Pixel through your own GTM container.
  • API Reference — the versioned technical contracts: envelope format, HMAC signature verification, deduplication, and what is excluded.

Honesty guardrail

Karpa only documents endpoints and events that actually exist. If you see a contract page, it reflects real, shipped behavior — nothing is fabricated for the sake of a fuller docs site. The Consult API reference group is structured but empty on purpose; it fills in when that API ships.
